WHEELHOUSE COVERS

The Syncro wheelhouse covers have an important function. These are mounted over the wheelhouse forming the base unit for assembling the other elements and at the same time creating very useful storage space. These elements do not necessarily need to be mounted over the wheelhouse, they can be fasten to the floor as the other units and used as a storage unit.

|
|
|
The wheelhouse covers consist of two side panels, 3 angles and two rear triangular backing plates. To reduce weight the bottom angle has an inferior thickness to the two top angles. This bottom angle is available in different heights. If not required, it is not essential to mount this angle.

TOOL CASES BLOCKING SYSTEM WITH STRAP

|
The new one cases blocking system with strap allows you to block the cases in a simple and fast way.
Additionally, it is equipped with a strap with buckle for a more effective blocking.

The open wheelhouse cover is available with openable lower front angle part.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
We can also supply wheelhouse covers with one of the two side panels cut to size to be mounted in vans which have elongated wheelhousing such as: Citroen Berlingo - Peugeot Ranch - Renault Kangoo - Renault Master - Opel Movano

WHEELHOUSE COVERS WITH DOORS
|
|
|
|
The wheelhouse covers can be supplied with doors.The doors mount a parallelogram hinge, two gas springs and incorporate a synchronizing tube.These doors are not only safe, but also maintenance free.

OPENABLE ANGLES FOR WHEELHOUSE COVERS
|

|
The openable angles can be mounted on Syncro System wheelhouse covers with doors with heights of 483 mm.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
This element permits easy access to items stored on the inside of the storage space and safely secures the cargo. A lock and key are provided for closure.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
TOOL CASES BLOCKING SYSTEM
|
|
|
|
With this tool you can easely block your cases on the inside of an open wheelhose cover.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
After positioning the cases, just push the shuttle until the cases are blocked.
The shuttle automatically stop in the right position.
To release the shuttle push the lever on the top of it.
